Production Process

  1. Raw Material Preparation: Weighing and blending of dry ingredients (oats, rice crisps, nuts, seeds, dried fruit).
  2. Syrup Cooking: Sugar, honey, or malt syrup is heated to bind ingredients.
  3. Mixing: Syrup is blended with dry ingredients to form a uniform granola mass.
  4. Forming & Rolling: The mixture is pressed into slabs of consistent thickness.
  5. Cooling: Slabs pass through cooling conveyors to set texture.
  6. Cutting: Slabs are cut into individual bars.
  7. Optional Coating: Chocolate or yogurt coating can be applied.
  8. Packaging: Bars are wrapped using flow-wrapping or pillow packaging machines.
